Dr. Tim Barlow was born and raised in Cary, North Carolina. He graduated from Cary High in 1986, followed by North Carolina State University in 1990, and completed his dental education at UNC Chapel Hill in 1994.

He married his wife, Charlotte, in 2019, and together they have two children: Blaire, born in 2020, and Landon, born in 2022. Dr. Pastoor enjoys watching sports, working out, playing tennis, golf, and basketball, and traveling with his family in his free time.
